Exclusive Instructor for national course offering: "Proactive User Support Strategies". Hosted the 1994 Computer Training and Support Conference, the 1995 Interactive Conference and the 1996 Support Services West Conference. Provided extensive presentations at all recent Computer Training & Support Conferences and the Help Desk Institute's International Support Services Conferences.
Certified as a Microsoft Certified Professional in 1993 and as a Microsoft Certified Trainer 1996. Currently certified to teach all of Microsoft's Windows NT and Windows 95 courses.
